Your Duties:
- Liasing with the Group Finance Director and the shared service center, you are responsibile for managing the collection and analysis of appropriate financial information.
- You will oversee the monthy, quarterly and annual reportings about the whole activity of Swiss subsidiary
- Working closely with the local management team, you provide support and advice in relation to financial matters, reporting, quality assurance, internal control and policy compliance
- Directly in contact with the group auditors, chartered accountants, banks, etc. you will make financial analyses of the business (inventory process,purchasing, selling, credit process)
- You will contribute to the corporate and indirect tax, as well the corporate treasury tax optimisation
Your Qualifications:
- With a relevant degree qualification in finance and accounting, you have at least 7 years experience in finance analysis and Swiss accounting overall in a multinational company, ideally in the high tech, manufacturing or insurance sector
- You are experienced in the preparation of budgets and the financial reporting of accurate decision making information
- As a German native speaker with a good level in English, you are able to work in a constantly changing environment
- With excellent communication skills, you have a strong ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes in priorities and business conditions
